The Skinny The Tivoli in the University City Loop is one of the few theaters in St. Louis that plays foreign and independent films on a regular basis. Since its renovation, the Tivoli has focused on higher-end narrative films, such as "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" and Coen Brothers stuff.
