Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Very disappointed. We stayed overnight at this hotel a few days ago and were extremely disappointed. We felt there were two redeeming qualities- it is only a block away from the Scottrade Center (we were visiting for a hockey game) and the room we stayed in was a very spacious suite. The service was very disappointing. When calling the front desk, I had to call two times and had to let the phone ring for about a minute before someone actually picked up the phone, only to give me the wrong information. The hotel's restaurant closed relatively early (9 pm) and the room service was not only extremely slow, they didn't bring everything that we needed and they didn't have one of the desserts that we ordered. The service was not characteristic of a hotel which costs this much per night. Next time we might stay at the hotel in Union Station. It was a few blocks away but the service was similar to the Sheraton and it was much cheaper.

It was great!. The price was great, the staff was fabulous, the location was wonderful, but what we loved most were the beds. We almost wanted to just veg out in our room b/c the bedding was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return. Jacques was an okay experience, but it was nice to have a bar in the hotel. The only negative was the $15 per night parking fee. I would rather it had been tacked on to the price of the room since we were billed separately. Other than that we had a great stay here!

GREAT HOTEL. WOW great sevice and location, very good value for dollar. I found it very clean, well maintained and security was a plus to me as a traveler.

Beautiful!. Absolutely beautiful hotel, very high-class. Also, great location for sights, and right across from the Savvis Center. Definitely one of the nicest properties in St. Louis.
