Excellent service. I walked into this store looking for a new foundation. When I first walked in, a man at the jewelry counter immediately directed me where I needed to go, and the makeup artists were right on top of finding me the perfect fit. Now mind you, I am a young college student, and the attendants at less upscale department stores such as Macy's have often treated me like I'm not worth their time. However, the staff at the Plaza Frontenac Neiman Marcus treated me like the queen. Not only that, but they helped me find the perfect foundation! :-)
