The diet or weight loss method is for any and everyone needing to lose weight. Medi-cal offers two plans one that uses pills and the other is a modified fast (liquids only). I chose the modified fast and the results were incredible. I lost 24.75 lbs in about three weeks and had plenty of energy. The first few days were hard and after that it became easier. I recommend this program only to those serious about losing weight. There are no food choices and excercise is beneficial but not necessary. I have yet to exercise and I've lost well over 40lbs.
