Worst experience ever!!!. It's funny the rating they have on here must be all family members or friends. This place is the worst of everything. 1) deceptive advertising 2) rude and hostile salesman 3)msrp forget about it look forward to another $2,000 to $3,000 on that sticker price. This extra money your paying goes towards a so called custom paint job which is basically pin strip and a Suntrup logo on your car. The salesman I dealt with would not listen to a thing I said and became more and more belligerent as the deal went on. It ending in me getting up to leave and being told to sit down and having him yell out the door "I hope your car breaks down". You might be thinking its just that guy, but you would be wrong the floor manager was standing right there. Oh you have a trade? and saw it was valued a fair price on their web link, nope expect that trade value to drop by almost 90%. Don't believe it? Go there or save yourself some time and head to another local dealer.…
