their okay. okay so i made an appointment at 9am. when i got their the women who was supposed to be braiding my hair came 30 minutes late. so we didnt start my hair until 10am. they provide the hair for micro braids which is a good thing. but i think their prices are outrageous and they want their money upfront and before they even touch your head which is very odd and i think. some of the workers in this place are VERY unprofessional. and i mean very the workers come in and go out when they please one worker just stoped working on a girls head and just went to go get something to eat without asking to be excused or telling her. and the women who worked on my head was only supposed to do half of my micro braids in the back and another girl was going to do the front but she never showed up and had the women do all of my head which i thought was not fair. but all in all i really didnt like my hair style i paid $220 to have my micro braids small and the girl who did mind made them big and ratty looking they look so nappy and ugly to me. as of right now im not sure if i want to go to this place again and if i ever do i hope the workers their are wayy more professional.

Great Place To Be!. Pauline is a joy to be around and does very great work! She is polite and tends to smile a lot, which is contagious. You won't be disappointed!

Bad Business Etiquette. The owner and staff is very rude. They have all this God stuff in the shop and playing music about God but the owner cursed me out. I lost my keys in the shop and she told me I couldn't look for them. She called me a bitch in front of customers and then I went off. I had to call St. Ann police to get my keys back. They are too expensive too!
