Ok service. I have recently been to black pearl and i have to say they are the cheapest for tongue piercings,but we had a long wait. There was a little girl constanlty walking around and people were coming in like they lived there. Only 2 tattoo artist were on staff and one person for piercings. She was very precise not to hit my veins so i told her to put it a little to the side since i have alot of veins under my tongue.She did exactly what i asked. They used sterile needles and new gloves. I wished she would have given me some mouhwash becuase my mouth started to bleed, but she put it in the same hole i had a piercing in previoulsy.
