IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!. If you haven't been to Alfredo Grill, you haven't lived. This restaurant has THE best italian food around. The prices are affordable, it is family owned and operated. You will always be greeted with a smile. You will find the owners as well as the staff making sure you are happy with your entire experience. Don't miss out on this wonderful food. I guarantee you will not go wrong.

best Italian food in all of Missouri,The customer service is out of this world,the food is incredible. The Alfredo Grill, is the best Italian restaurant in all of Missouri. If you love great Italian food and great service than this is the place for you. The best is the Alfredo Grill trio, which is a 6 ounce tenderloin served with herb butter, chicken spedini and shrimp scampi, also comes with house salad and a side dish, best thing I've ever had .My wife had the Chicken Charles, which is lightly bredded chicken breast, char broiled, served in white wine sauce with fresh mushrooms, touch of garlic, cracked red pepper, crab meat and shrimp, with melted provel cheese. Her's was almost as good as my trio. So when in St. Charles, check out the best Italian restaurant in town,with the lowest prices. Located only minutes away from historic Main Street.

Nice Italian Place. This is a nice little Italian place to eat. The decor and atmosphere is really nothing special, but the service is very friendly and the food is very good. BIG PORTIONS of all the food as well. Gets really crowded on the weekends, try it on the weeknights instead. Good value for the money. Very kid friendly. They put coupons in the Journal regularly as well.

Great food!. For the price, you can't beat it! It's a little taste of Italy, in your own backyard. Located in local St. Charles, and owned by 2 Italian brothers and 1 additional partner, it's a quaint, romantic nice atmosphere for the whole family. It's the best Meat sauce made. Plus, I love the Veal Jennifer plate.

Alfredo Grill vote and review. Theirs' is the best Italian food I've ever eaten! I love it! I also love the quiet small quaintness of the restaurant. Nice atmosphere.
