Always a Friendly Face

Have worked with them for over 7 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with what they do. I have purchased many things like alarms, remote starters, stereos, subs, amps, and all kinds of stuff. They have always been helpful. But now, they are even more accomodating. The new management is great and very personal. I feel like I am receiving a great deal with the best customer service. They always remember my name and help with what ever I need.

I love the new owners - especially their puppy Lacy. She is very cute and a lot of fun.

If you want great product, personalized customer service, and affordable prices, M S Electronix is where you wanna be!

Going above and beyond every chance we can!

She brought in a remote NOT purchased from us & we shouldnt have helped her but wanted to. Its several years old & distributor sent what was to work but didnt. He sent a second remote, which also was special order from the manufacturer & that one wouldn’t program either. Lastly we sent the remote to manufacturer to fix. Tried repair but was not repairable. Attempting to help someone who yells at you is very difficult especially when you are going above and beyond to help when you shouldnt assisted the customer. Warranties are covered ONLY if 1)original owner has it 2)original receipt is w/it 3)item is in the original vehicle it is installed in 4) item was purchased from MS Electronix. She didn’t fit # 1, 2 or 4-dont know # 3. Puppy, Lacey is clean & very well behaved. She is like our child, who has become an icon with our customers-some stop by just to see her. Lobby is clean & never had complaints! I conclude… Can't please everyone, even when you are doing them a favor!

Very Unprofessional/Dirty/What a joke!!!!!!

I have been messing with this business for the last 4 months. They were going to replace my crime stopper remote for my car & after 4 attempts (each time waiting over an hour in their dirty lobby) I was sent away with no remote. After 4 visits I finally decided to give up &

they have still yet to give me my old remote back(2 months & still waiting). The lady in the office said she would just mail it to me after she insulted me. This office staff is unprofessional, the waiting room was filthy & had a stinky dog in the office that would just come right up on the couch in the waiting room & sit on you.Save yourself some time & money & go to the city for your electronic needs.This business is a joke!
