Love Donna G-Hairstylist. I have been going to Donna G for cut and color for 5 years and it occurred to me that I have never written a review of just how wonderful she is at her career. Donna always takes the time to consult with me. she listens to my needs and will give me an honest opinion if it is not the right cut or color for me. My hair is both curly and straight and she gives me a chic cut that I can style either way. That is not easy and a true sign of a great hairstylist!

never again!!!. My mother and I went to Seasons, my mother for a pedicure and myself for a haircut. The receptionist who checked us in was literally talking to (i think) another employee while we stood there waiting to be checked in. My person was running 20 minutes behind..nobody bothered to tell me this or offer for me to sit with my mom during her pedicure. Which by the way was finished before my service even started..i went to the restroom in the spa area(the other was occupied) and it smelled of a backed up sewer...someone back there apologized and said it happens often:( and the topper is my moms toenail polish peeled off in sheets two days later I have called the owner numerous times with no response...never again!!!

I love this place!. I had a very pleasant experience here. My waxing is done by Kristina and she is very friendly and professional and chats with you. I'd say the only downside is you have to make advanced appointments or you will not be able to get in. It is always busy at the reception area (there was only 1 receptionist there when I visited) so you have to wait a bit with her answering the phone and trying to help everyone to even be acknowledged. They are very busy, especially on Saturday, but what do you expect when you give great services? I'll be going back for a long time!

Pedi. I don't know what Karry smith is talking about (if you are truly that person) It sounds to me as if Hope's nail business is slow and just wanted everyone to know where she went and is trying to get free advertising for herself. All nail services whether done by a nail tech or hair dresser (which is also trained in mani and pedi) are exceptional.

pedi client. One of my girl friends referred me to her nail girl, Hope Lawyer...so i made my appt. at Seasons with Hope. Upon arrival and check in i was informed that she no longer worked there. Instead of Seasons contacting me before hand they just stuck me with someone else..So i gave them a try... during the pedi while my nail tech was chatting with me she told me that she was actually a hair dresser... so now my pedi that i was paying $50 for wasnt even being performed by a manicurist. and believe me when she was finished you could really tell. Polish was all over my toes and came off a week later... Called my girl friend..found Hope at Salon Lofts Pedi is $20 cheaper and a million times better....314-221-0682 for the best pedi ever....REALLY

Wonderful Salon and Spa. I have been going to Seasons Spa and Salon for the past 5 yrs and every time I go, it just gets better and better. They had a special going on that i just tried, and it was great. Wow what a service that was. I was just reading a previous review about a g.c. they would not honor. I'm sure your g.c. was expired. All g.c. have expiration dates on them. I have recieved several g.c. from there and they give you 1 year to use them. Oh well, I know as soon as I get a g.c. I use it. By all means, try the spa services at Seasons, they are fantastic and reasonable.

SAD - Poor Business Ethics. I have been a patron of the Spa for years. Love the people that care for me. Several other people have stated in their review of Seasons , they do not honor their gift certificates. Interesting as my husband buys gift certificates for me each year and has done so for many years. Almost a month ago I recieved services knowing I had money remaining on the last gift card. When I checked out was told my gift certificate had expired. I was surprised that they would not honor the credit.

Poor business ethics. Very, poor customer service! They kept my husbnads money for a year & got interest on that money. I sent a letter to the manager expressing my unhappiness. I haven't heard from her and doubt I that ever will. I would have preferred giving the credit to the women that have provided Spa treatments for me over the years before it expired. I certainly would NOT have given the the credit balance on my gifit certicate to the owner. before it "EXPIRED"...OH by the way they have a rule that you can not use the gift certificate to tip also. So Management recieved almost a $40 tip from that original gift card purchased for several hundreds of dollars.

Seasons has lost a long time customer. I am Very SAD !

I tell as many people as possible about my very negative experience.

My stylist is terrific. I met Toni outside of the salon and decided to try her out. She does an awesome job everytime. I walk away feeling like I got what I paid for. They are a little pricey, but I've been other places, like Penney's and HATED what they do to my hair, so I'd rather spend the extra money to be able to say I love my style.

I love this salon!. I decided about a year ago to switch stylists. The person who was doing my hair seemed to not want to style my hair. when i go to a salon i want the works with the salon. I called numerous places and was only comfortable with seasons. Brandy does my hair and makes it look like i want it to. i have never gotten a bad haircut, color, or style from her. my sister and i got manicures and i found the girls to be friendly. as far as the price goes it is a little pricier but is worthit to me,and is not that much more than what i was already paying.
