Tips for Vitality Unlimited

A Great Cozy Place. I visited Vitality Unlimited Spa after receiving a day at the spa as a gift and what a treat it was! I didn't have one complaint about any service I received that day. The massage was great, the manicure and pedicure was very relaxing and I was pleased with the end results. I was nervous about getting my first facial, but I came out feeling refreshed and like new. I would recommended Vitality Unlimited Spa to anybody who is needing to catch a break and take some time for themselves.

Relaxing afternoon!. What a treat I enjoyed at Vitality Spa this afternoon at the hands of Casey, a wonderful skilled manicurist. My niece treated my sister and me to pedicures and we all loved the pleasant surroundings, comfortable chairs and professional way we were treated. Our experience began with a cup of tea! We loved the feel and fragrance of the products Casey used. I would recommend this salon to anyone living or visiting St. Louis!

Excellent pedicure!. My daughter treated my sister and me to pedicures. We received wonderful service from our nail tech, Casey! She had a gentle manner and provided a very professional pedicure. I will definitely make a future appointment with Casey the next time I am in town visiting my daughter!

Worst Spa Experience Ever!. I had made appointments for myself, my mother, aunt, and sister to get mani's and pedi's two days before my wedding. The appointments were made three weeks prior, and I was called by Vitality to move the appointments earlier to better accomodate our small group. I was okay with that but when we arrived they were running 15 min. late. The spa seemed very chaotic and disorganized. They didn't know who was working on who and what services we were suppose to get. The lady working on my mom had the flu and finally left mid-appointment. The rest of the staff was extremely unprofessional complaining about having to work later into the day. I had been growing my nails out for months for my wedding and the lady that performed my manicured completely cut my nails down without asking. It literally was the worse manicure I have ever recieved and was 65 dollars. I had to go the next day and have acrylic nails put on. You only get one chance to make a first impression and after such an awful and disheartening experience we will never be returning. Not the memories I wanted to share with my family two days before my wedding. I would never recommend this spa to anyone. St. Louis has plenty of better salons to visit.

Best Facial and Waxing. I have had facials and waxing with Elle and she is really wonderful. Very professional and nurturing, very fast and experienced with waxing also. Best facial I ever had!

BEWARE of Horrible Systems. Though I have had good massages there, they made three different mistakes trying to get in for one appointment! I left work early and when I got there, the lack of service, courtesy or intelligence defined my response: three strikes and you are out. I will never again go back there.

My Favorite Spa!. I am always extremely impressed with the service that I receive at Vitality Unlimited Spa. The staff is always calm and welcoming and no matter how stressed I am when I enter the door, I feel relaxed when I leave! They really care about my needs and believe in what they do. I started coming for massages, but now frequent the spa for everything from manicures and pedicures to waxing to nutritional care! Vitality also carries several lines of high-end products that have become a part of my daily life. I truly have seen a change in my overall wellness since becoming a regular customer of Vitality! I'll be a customer for life!

So comfortable!. I visit Vitality Spa every month for waxing and a massage. They are so pleasant and caring! Nelly gives by far the best massage I have ever had! She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Bonnie does my waxing and is very sweet and professional. I never feel uncomfortable and she is super fast. They are always accommodating if I need to move my appointment, even on short notice. I love it there!

Great place for a pedicure. I've never had a pedi before, but sarah made the first experience really great. The women are so friendly and talkative. It was like getting together with "the girls" and talking. You sit in a massage chair while you get a foot soak and massage. They exfoliate and use a pumice stone. My poor toes looked aweful, but now I can't wait to wear my sandles! I wasn't particularly happy with my manicure though. The nailpolish looks gathered at the cuticles and I got nipped a few times. Otherwise, I will definately go back for pedicures!

Will not go back, ever!. I went there for the first time and last time for a microdermabraison. The clerk was unpleasant and the spa itself did not have a relaxing feel at all .Bonnie was my beautician. She took me to the room, ehich had bright light one and asked me to underss in front of her and she put a towel around be (a bit akward). She was dry and brusque and hurt me a lot. She kept using extemely hot towels and stones on my face, started slapping it and pinching it. I was anxious the all time, waiting for the next thing coming to hurt me. I like my facials to be soft and relaxing. This was NOT it. Plus the bright neon lights were on the whole time and the room needs updating. The sheets did not match, looked old and had bleach stained...Not what I expect for a facial that costd $110!
