I'm glad I'm not the only one that was run out of the store by the sales people! This place is ridiculous! I took my 4 yr old daughter in there to buy a dance bag only to be followed around, harassed and humiliated! They obviously don't want children in the store but a big part of the junk in the store is for little girls! I am not a thief and I refuse to be treated like one!!

Wonderful Accessories....terrible salespeople. Hongs is a wonderful store. It has a large variety of accessories and the prices are really cheap. I especially love their purses. The only drawback to the store is the salespeople. They will follow you and watch what you're doing to make sure you aren't stealing something. I've actually had one of the salespeople yell at me before for touching something. I absolutely love that store because of the prices and selection, but the people there are terrible!

If you look too interested, they think you are shoplifting. You get what you pay for when shopping at Hongs. Junk!!! Also, the employees treat you like you are going to rob them of their precious junk. I haven't seen security like that since I left Tiffany's at Plaza Frontenac. No kidding, why they have someone sitting at the door watching, and camera's on is a puzzle to me. But truth be known, I did buy something, a kids bracelet that fell apart shortly after the purchase.

Best selection of accessories ever. My friends and I were on a weekend get together in the St. Louis area and found this gem of a store. The selection was amazing and the prices were great. The accessories are in packages but very inexpensive and if you ask to try on a necklace for length, they do have necklaces behind the counter for you to try on. They were all very nice and helpful. I LOVED THIS STORE! We each spent a least $100 and got numerous necklace earrings and.or bracklet sets. There are headbands, designer "looking" purses, wallets, etc. This store is a real find! Every time I go back to the st. Louis/Chesterfield, MO area, I have to go back and buy more!

Hongs Has Nice Friendly Workers. I would reccomend Hongs Trading Co. to anybody. It is a wonderful place to shop for jewlery, purses, etc. The workers are very willing to help and are very nice. Hongs is great.

Hongs is AWESOME. I read the reviews and I just had to respond. I do not know what those people were talking about. The service at Hongs was great, they know me by name because I'm always shopping there. The jewlery is very cheap. The purses are ADORABLE, and priced fairly. They have a great selection. All of my friends shop there and love it as much as myself. I don't know why those individuals said that the service was terrible. I would more than highly recommend Hongs Trading Co.

Most Rude Salespeople I've Encountered. Having frequented Hong's Trading Co., I liked the variety of jewelry, hats, purses, etc. The prices were good. I found a bracelet I liked, but it was encased in plastic with no sample to try on. When I approached the saleswoman to see if she would open the bag to let me try on the bracelet, she very hesitantly did so. I told her I liked it and would buy it. When I asked her to open another bracelet bag, she told me "no", so I said I wouldn't buy that one.

She yelled at me in a foreign language and told me to leave the store (in English), in front of several other customers. When she saw I began to cry, she continued yelling at me. I would never go to Hong's, EVER again, and would caution anyone else from going there. No customer should be treated like that.
