The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at.... If you're going to st. Louis, DO NOT stay here. You're better off at a motel, it will be cleaner. This hotel is empty for a good reason! I rarely ever complain about things, but the WS in St. Louis is THE most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby was bare and smelled of paint. There isn?t even a gift shop to purchase anything you might have forgotten. The elevator was gross, painted black and tacky purple on the inside. When I got to my room, the carpet was dirty and had stains in it. Everything looked dingy and dirty. I didn?t even want to get into the bed, or use the shower. I had an old coffee maker in my room with no cream, no sweetener, and the coffee mugs were stuck to the saucer when I tried to pick them up. They advertise their hot tubs, I wouldn't take a bath in that dirty place if you paid me to. I had to sign a paper on the way in swearing not to have a party in the room? What is that about? I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. stay at a chain you know, trust me.

A good place to live and stay. I live at the WS Hotel and Spa and Some of those reviews are not acurate and it seems like some people are trying to sabtage what they are trying to do here at the WS. The hotel has gone through major changes and are trying to get out from under old management. The staff has gone through some changes for the better. I have been living here for almost a year and I have never had any problems with the staff or management. I do recommend this hotel and residence highly.

Terrible. I planned a large party at this hotel and they proved utter incompentance. They lost the reservations and had to move half the party across the street and then they gave us attitude when we said they should pay for the rooms at the Holiday Inn across the street. Food was not what was in the contract and the managmnet never tried to rectify all of the mistakes they made. Just terrible and I know another group had similar problems.
