One of the Worst Experiences. Friday May 11,2007 we made reservations for 6 and was looking forward to trying this restuarant. We dine out more than we eat at home and I have to say this was one of the most disappointing places we have been to. The restaurant was not busy and the service was unacceptable from the first order of drinks that took too long and reordering them the same. Water refills did not exist, even if you tried. Secondly, everyone's food orders came out at different times and the scallops were not fully cooked in one of pasta dishes, which happened to be the last entree to make it to the table by several minutes. Then, the lack of clearing the empty glasses and plates off the table. More than once we tried to give our waitress the empties, and she walked away empty handed. The bill arrives and on parties of six or more they add 20%, no problem normally, we always add more. We tip very well 20 or more % on average, but this service was not worth 5%. We chose to just leave and never go back, since we knew the owner had seen what was going on and never made an effort to help or apologize even for the raw scallops.
