Best West-County sushi. The sushi has always been very fresh and tasty. Menu includes some inventive rolls. Great atmosphere; more funky than traditional West County restaurants. All in all we thought it was great!

nice!.
nice and clean restaurant.
sushi was good, and sashimi was good.
But tempura was not what i expected.

nice place. I asked Ichiban owner and she said it has been opened for 6 months. What a nice! It is very clean. I was sitting on a bar and ordered some sushi and today's special named "AJI" They said it is kind of mackerel. You know it was the greatest sashimi I've ever tasted. If you are a real sushi and sashimi lover you should go there and have "AJI".

what a nice place in st.louis. I am a Japanese and was looking for a restaurant that offers real Japanese stuffs. What a great! I found Ichiban on Olive. Their sushi bar was great for person like me. Their food remind me a home. If you want real Japanese "SPECIALTY" go to Ichiban and ask sushi chef for "secret stuffs" that are not on the menu...
