Best thai food in st. louis. I love Thai food and had been universally disappointed in Saint Louis whenever I was back in town visiting. My family and I went there for my sister's birthday and it was delicious, particularly just about anything with duck. I think at our table we had at least one of each of the duck dishes and I liked them all. I personnally had the roasted duck curry, which was "medium" spicy, and it was just about perfect. Its pretty tough to find something we can all agree on, and this was a resounding success.

Great find, a small place down in Clayton, probably great for dates (at least I always like being able to take someone to "the little [ethnic cuisine title] place I know"), and the staff was the best you could hope for: efficient, polite, and not annoyingly in your face all night.

Excellent spot - try it. Let's state it straight: I am french and hardly find good restaurants at affordable prices in the US. This one is a must.

Not only is the food delicious, but the price range is really attractive : $6 to $10 for appetizer, $9 for noodles, $10 to $16 for entrees. A bottle of red wine starts at $22.

My wife and I went there yesterday evening... and are sure to go back.

The place doesn't look fancy at first glance, but it doesn't matter, as what is really important is the taste of what is in your plate. The cook is a good one, and what is proposed is both original and subtle - and worth many very expensive restaurants.

Last but not least: I was not hungry when leaving the place - and took no dessert.

For sure we will go there often.

Best lunch spot in the city.. This place is my favorite lunch spot in the city.

For $6.99, you get a three-course meal -- including handmade appetizer, main entree, and dessert.

For dinner, the pricing is fantastic for the serving you get. But if you'd like to try this place, lunch is where it's at.

On a past visit, appetizer was a chicken and shrimp dumpling with a thai sauce. Fantastic quality. The entree I chose (from among the selections of curries, rice dishes, and noodle dishes) was the red curry, a mix of spicy coconut-milk curry sauce and chicken, baby eggplant, and a bunch of assorted vegetables, served with rice. Dessert was ice cream or pie.

This place is one of the best undiscovered secrets in the city, especially for a great lunch.

Must Try. This restaurant is unique. You cannot find Lamb Mussaman Curry and Garlic Truffle Prawn and Sea Scallop anywhere in St. Louis. Even Pad Thai is very fabulous.

Undiscovered gem. Interesting non=traditional Thai food. Sam-Ron is spicy but tasty. Chicken Bikini is rather plain. The spring rolls are huge. Clean fresh atmosphere. I'll certainly return!
