Save Your Money. I agree with others, services OVER priced for the same service you can get elsewhere. Have had several different services done and will NOT go back. Nothing special except the atmosphere and it is truly not worth it. TOO expensive.!!!

got ripped off!!!!!!!!!. I spent over $400 dollars and didnt get any results from a session at the ofallon, Mo FAce and body spa, on botox. GOT NO RESULTS have waited a year for them to hire someone to redo my session. I want my money back, I have called the manager at the Brentwood store , i am getting no where FAST!

They blamed it on me that I didnt make it back in in 2 weeks for a check up to see if it worked! I was on vacation! It was either bad Botox or the Nurse injected it didnt know what she was doing

They Need to be fair and send me a check.

waay over priced & not worth it. I used to be a client, but yesterday was my last appt. there for highlights & a haircut. Supposedly they have launched a new campaign & reopening w/ so called lower prices...where?? $175 dollars is NO "deal" for highlights & a haircut. To make matters worse when I booked my appt. I specifically asked for a partial highlight, but instead was given a FULL highlight & then charged for it. If you have $$$ to burn this is your kind of place, I do not, and have no plans to ever return to this salon.

Decent, but not worth the money!. I have always enjoyed getting the swedish massage here, but when I decided to get a pedicure I was shocked at what I got for the price. I have gone to numerous little store front nail salons for half the price and received a better foot and leg massage and my toes looked ten times better than the two times I have tried the Face and Body. My other dissapointment was the girls that work the front desk, they seem snobby and as if you are bothering them. They need to learn what customer service is about. As I said, the massages are good (although I only go if someone gets me a gift certificate because of the prices) but other than that I have not been impressed with their other services (facials, manis and pedis, and hair cuts.) Save your money and go to a store front salon that is reputible, you get a lot more for less money.

I loved it. I arrived early and was taken in a few minutes early. I was greeted pleasantly and offered refreshment. I had a facial, pedicure, reflexology massage, and eyelash tint done that day. In the several hours I was there, I was treated wonderfully and felt very pampered. I now get my hair and eyebrows done there exclusively. I look forward to every visit!

Terrible Customer Service, Don't Waste Your Time!. The management of The Face and Body Spa is the worst! They were rude, unconcerned and unappreciative of my business. The massage therapist wore gloves during my massage, which I felt was rude. I would not waste my time or money in this establishment. Go someplace where you will be treated like royalty!!!
