bad food, hair in food. Have had some good meals before, but last saturday was the end for us. The roast beef sandwich was so dry it looked like beef jerky! the bun was hard you could tap it on table and hear it! and they served it anyway no respect. And my sisters salad had a hair in it. We are done with Rizzo's.

Good Dining. So ive been to Rizzos a couple times now its amazing place to eat. Its not to big or to small. But yes there are a couple flaws but what resturaunt doesnt have some flaws. And to the person who complained maybe you and your neighbor had bad first impression. My wife and I attended there not to long ago (June 07) and i think the food is great. The staff is very experience if you go to the O'fallon resturaunt i recomend Mike Key or Glen Flavin as a server. The two are both very nice and will take care of anything you need without any hessitation. But just because of a couple flaws does not mean the place is horrible everyone needs there own opinions and i personally like it and i will keep going there. But those people had a bad experience and i think are being a little to dramatic over little things. I say try it and see how it goes.

very impressed. our dining experience at rizzos was a very pleasant one. i would highly reccomend the restaurant. i understand that is under new management and the original owner has stepped back into the picture. the staff is very experienced and makes dinig a very enjoyable experience. the food also is excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice.

Great atmosphere and food!. I just recently discovered this restaurant and am glad that I did! The food, service, and atmosphere were delightful. I highly recommend the chicken spedini. They also have a nice wine selection.

Great Local Italian. Great food, romantic atmosphere, average pricing. They also have a location in Wentzville.

Sorely disappointing. Not great cuisine, but usually satisfying. Last few times, quality really slipped. Salads used to be decent, but recently mostly brown, disentegrating lettuce bits. We are big salad lovers, found this disappointing. We called attention to the poor quality and were treated appallingly. There was no customer service (other than poor waitress). Mangement tried to make us feel quilty, certainly not like paying customers. The older rude gentlemen (owner) seems to be more interested in flirting with young ladies then in satisfying his customers. We paid for dinner, barely touched and quickly left. We have spoken to neighbors and friends in last few weeks who have eaten there and found it seems to be the norm rather than an isolated incident. We felt as a collective group, we needed to post a negative review to save others from wasting money. None of us will patronize this establishment in the future.
