Overall Great Place in Edwardsville IL - especially for the price. I have frequented this Imo's many times. I have only had two instances where I was not 100% satisfied. 1 - was when I ordered a salad for carry out, the lettuce pieces were enormous, no knife within the bag and the lettuce was more white than green. 2 - I requested a plain turkey and cheese sandwich. I got a turkey sandwich covered in everything. When I called they stated, well, it states on the menu what comes on it. I am pretty easy going and let it go, because they were SUPER enough to exchange it for me. However, upon looking at their menu; there is not a turkey and cheese sandwich on their menu, so it could not say what comes on it. There is a turkey club and a turkey sandwich (no cheese mentioned.) I wouldn't even mention this, but the lady that was kind enough to take care of this for me made it pretty clear that is how it is on their menu. But, it is not...So, anyway, this is a decent place to get a bite to eat, but in this instance it just seemed a bit rude how they reacted to my concern. Making it out to be all my fault, however, it seems like a mutual issue. So, if you are in the area you really should stop in and give their food a try, but before you place your order make sure you know what you are getting.
