Happy Valentines Day, NOT!!!!!!!!. Well, I have used Lee Russo for years, spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars with them and this was the last straw. In the beginning they made beautiful bouquet's and seemed to really take pride in their workmanship, now they just want the buck. I ordered Teleflora's Lavish Love Bouquet with Long Stemmed Red Roses and Lilly’s and chose their florist shop specifically for Valentine’s Day. Off the bat, they messed up the order and never delivered to my wife at school. I contacted them an hour before she was to leave and they told me it was on its way, I found out later that they had never made the order. I had them deliver to my house and I had to COAX a 20% gift card out of them for the inconvenience. I came home to expect a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Lilly's (Lilly's are my wife's favorite), THAT I HAD PAID EXTRA TO DELUXE SIZE. Well the roses were there, no Lilly's at all to speak of, instead very small tulips and a lot of greenery, I mean A LOT OF GREENERY. The STANDARD BOUQUET is advertised to measure 20" H X 17" W, This Bouquet came in at 19" almost 20" H X 14" W (AT BEST). Again I PAID EXTRA FOR DELUXE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Thanks for messing up delivery, messing up on the arrangement and pocketing my extra money for deluxe. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!!
