Hard working, true to word.
I thought I had the worst problem. My computer got a bad virus and I thought all my data was gone. That would mean all my invoicing and tax records for three years.
Russ @ TPS is an older man, who's been doing this for a long time. He takes his time and is methodical. He treated my data like it was NASA-critical. A week + went by, and I got the phone call that it was all done.
Sure enough, every bit I thought was lost was now there.

Not a good choice!.
Not reliable and wanted half the money up front, We
always had to call him. He would never call us even if he said he would. When we would call him with a
problem, he would not know how to fix it . He just
needs to retire.

Not Recommended. No customer service ie no upheld business hours or returned calls/emails (owner left town for over 2 weeks and did not let us know or leave any way of making contact to know what had happened). Very expensive and cost estimate was changed after a price had been agreed upon. Work not completed and the company had posession of our computer for 3 months.
