Wal Mart Sucks the LIFE from your town!.
WAL MART SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF YOUR TOWN. Or i short it just sucks! Went there last night for something to eat... spent over an hour getting the ingredients. the store employees didn't know where anything was and were hard to find... one guy had ear plugs in listening to MP3's so I had to literally get directly into his line of sight to have him take out his earplugs and grumpily direct me. I asked him where the charcoal was, and instead of the food area it was in lawn and garden. Wherever that is... it was about 4 city blocks later when I found the lawn and garden dept. looked around for ten minutes and realized it wasn't there. I found it ten minutes after that in the outside area, near the exit. I put it in my cart and prepared for the journey back to the food isles. When I was finally done with my shopping (for one meal) I got in the checkout line. A friend of mine went to get in another line (two city blocks away) the only checker that sells cigs, apparently, and the line there is twice as long as the others. I stood in my line and waited. When it was my turn, the checker checked everything out and my meat product wouldn't scan. She tried many times, but it wouldn't scan. I mentioned that the price on it was totally legible, but apparently she couldn't do it without a CODE from the MEAT DePT employee. She paged an employee... and I waited. 5... 10 minutes... no meat employee... the people in line behind me were all fidgety and irritated. I finally said "HEY! ya know what?!? it's too late for me to cook now!" and I walked two city blocks down where my friend (who is 30) said that after waiting 15 minutes in the line that sells CIGS that they wouldn't sell them because she didn't have ID and may have been too young... I said "F*** this SH**-hole" and I never went back. I will drive 25 miles out of my way to never deal with that horrible place again. As we walked out to my car I yelled *NEVER AGAIN* and I mean it. The few times I have called to find out if they have anything, I get put on hold never to be heard from again. I called one time to see if they had a printer cartridge and PROVE A POINT, LEFT MY HOUSE (8 miles away) and DROVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE, walked in, asked where the phone calls are taken, walked there and yelled HEY! to the dour faced old ladies by the phone. "DO YOU SEE THAT BLINKING LIGHT THERE?!!? THAT's ME, on HOLD, from YOU for the LAST TWENTY-FIVE F***ing MINUTES!!!" Wal-Mart, YOU SUCK! Since the wal mart, our town has lost multiple small stores, nearly every local business they they compete with has closed because of their monopoly tactics of shipping from CHINA in bulk and underselling everyone UNTIL they are gone... then the prices go back up. A proven fact underscored in 100's of class action suits against them. Unite against these scumbags and let that building be used for something else. Stop this madness.
