Service Is Slow!. If you don't mind waiting for quite a while the food is good but just slow in the kitchen. Have talked to management several times about it and they don't seem to care. The pizza is fabulous and so are the nachos and well worth the wait at anytime. The buffet and Falcon Diner are much better and service is so much better than the sports bar but if you have time to wait and wait give it a try! Hopefully someday they will speed up the kitchen!!!

Ok food but not the best in the casino. My husband and I have visited this property twice. The food is Ok, I would highly encourage the buffet instead. They DID have many TV's but I was shocked to find that they did not have (at least when I was there) NFL ticket or College football ticket. The games you saw were the same ones you could get on the local networks. I had the hummus the first time- Way too much garlic. Second time I had the blackened Salmon salad. This was not as good as it looked. This restaurant should focus on quality over quantity. Most everything is way too much for the average human to consume. I would probably eat elsewhere the next time I want to see the "big game".

Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Sports bar features a giant 34-foot video wall plus private booths with televisions. Serves burgers, sandwiches, beer and more.

cool place. If sports is your thing....this is the place....individual tv's in the booths, good burgers and cold beer, cute waitresses, baseball, baseball & more baseball....great place to start off the evening before going out...

Good Food, Good Service, and Great Sports. Amerisports is everything a sports fan can ask for in a restaurant/bar. The dozens of TVs give everyone a chance to see what they want. The extensive dinner menu is varied enough to provide something for all tastes. The appetizers, in particular, are incredibly good. Try the lettuce wraps and the Caribbean Steak salad! The lunch menu is a bit limited, but still provides some good offerings. Highly recommended.

Shocked. We visit the Ameristar almost every time we visit St. Louis. Every restaurant is exceptional, including the buffet. We went to the sports bar and got the worst service from not only the waitress but the management staff as well. My food was ice cold and they would not replace; it took 30 minutes to get service ( I don't know why we waited). If it were not for all the televisions we would have left. The televisions are the ONLY reason to go there.....just drink the WATER!

Great viewing. I recommend this place for it's sports viewing more than for the food. You won't find a better place in St. louis to get all the sports viewing you want. It is a fun and lively atmosphere, probably due to the casino proximity. Drinks aren't cheap. Food is okay - there's a good chance you'll be disappointed in some way with your meal, be it quantity, quality, heat...

A Great Environment. I thought the Amerisports Bar was great!! The food was excellent and I highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza and spinach artichoke dip!! Good stuff! If you looking for a place to watch sports.....it's a great choice, not to mention the gambling right around the corner.

Nothing Special. I had a bacon cheeseburger and my girlfriend had a mushroom swiss. My burger was so plain the bacon had no flaver. I also tried the mushroom swiss which consisted of plain hamburger with swiss cheese and plain canned mushrooms poured over the top. I have not been back since. But if you cannot stand any spices on your fod this would be the place to go. I hoped that they would have had better food as it would be a nice place to watch a game. Although it is a little pricey (food & drink) especially if you consider it is run by a casino. I would not recommend.
