Service Department did not complete all the work billed!!
I have been a customer for 6 years, but I after a regular maintenance I discovered some of the items I was billed for not completed. When I brought this to their attention they at first denied it and then when they checked for themselves they grudgingly admitted the work was not done. Their overall response was not to look for ways to satisfy my complaint, but instead to try to make me feel like I was the problem. While they acknowledged the failure they were unwilling to take ownership of the problem and did not seek to make me a happy customer. Needless to say this discovery was a breach of my trust and when it comes to something like car maintenance you cannot deal with people who are dishonest.

I love working w/ this dealership. I'm Deaf & they take extra time to help me understand. We've bought 5 cars from them so far over the years - some new, some used- and will probably be buying another w/in a year. Their service dept. is great - especially Rob Meyer. They've been honest & helpful, unlike 2 other local Toyota dealerships we've dealt with. The website's only fair, but in person they're great.
reviews innaccurate – so how is it that this is the only dealership in st louis that has 40+ brief 5 star ratings? someone stacking the deck here?
I recomend you read the real reviews--the 1-2 star ranges: such as mine:
service department did not do repair correctly-- replaced wrong part! then they act aloof and just ask me to bring the car back later when they have the right part! unbelievable. as they already charged me (for the wrong part) I had to get on the phone with the manager to demand a refund.
then I went to another dealer who diagnosed and did it right. given there are many dealers in the area I would recomend going to any but this one
