Without a doubt, Pirrone's is the best, thin-crust, pizza in the entire United States!. This is the original restaraunt that is only open on weekends. The other Pirrone's Location on Washington is open all the time.

If you like Pizza and you are in the St. Louis area - you MUST go to Pirrone's. Their sauce and seasonings are what separates their pizza from all of the other mediocre pizzas that are made. It's not your typical tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Pirrone's takes Pizza to a food fit for Kings, Queens and Gods.

My family and I went there all the time as a kid. I live in Colorado now, and any time I am back in St. Louis - you can bet I will be eating at Pirrone's. I have taken their half-baked pies on numerous occasions out to Colorado with me and family members have brought me Pirrone's pizzas to store in my freezer.

Customer service is so-so - but the pizza is so good that you don't go for the service. You will hardly raise your head up to acknowledge the wait staff - you'll be so busy stuffing down that pizza. Hands Down - the best pizza ever. This pizza place rates # 1 in my book for the quality of their pizza.
