El Maguey, El Nopal and El Indio serve essentially identical fare, dog food. There are decent Mexican restaurants in St. Louis.

Good mexican cuisine, GREAT margaritas!. Although the food is good, it's not necessarily any better than any other authentic Mexican restaurants in the area, and is priced about the same. Honestly, I think the best feature is their Margarita specials! The food's tasty but it's the drinks that keep me coming back!

Great Mexican food. They bring you fresh salsa and hot chips right when you get in. Normally the service is very quick, which is good for lunch. The Fajita Taco Salad is really good ($6.75). I used to get chicken & steak but they started charging $1.50 so now I just get the steak. Either way it is delicious. The guacamole is the best I have had at any restaurant. It is best to get there a little before 11:30am for lunch because it really fills up after then.
