never use charter.... The service is terrible. Offices are too limited, and representatives couldn't understanding what customers want.

not impressed at all. This is not my first time having charter, but it is definitely going to be the last. The customer service was lacked in many areas with professionalism and sincereness. I felt very neglected and misunderstood with every representative I talked to. I am not exaggerating either. To be completely honest, I felt that because I was late on my payment, Charter felt they could treat me with disrespect and without courtesy. Because that is exactly what I got. I will never return to Charter services, even if I wasnt able to have satellite. I would rather live without the "Charter headache" as everyone calls it, and just watch only a few channels. I just pray in the future everyone turns to satellite, because Charter just is not getting the job done.
