Thin crust delight. Besides the name, the best thing about Elicia's pizza is that it's not horribly heavy. It has just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza has a distinctive taste that is hard to put your finger on. I was eating Elicia's recently and realized the cheese sort of tastes like Kraft swiss cheese singles. I don't know if that's what they use but whatever it is, it's totally good. I recommend it when you're in the mood for junk food but don't want to have a pig fest.
