A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.

I found a veil I liked, I asked the salesperson to ORDER me a new one. I made it very clear I did not want the one on the shelf. When I got to the checkout counter I was told "we found a veil in the back, its new". I then looked in the bag...It was the SAME veil I tried on! The tulle was ripping away from the comb. I was totally lied to. I then said I did not want to purchase the veil. The sales person also tried to talk my bridemaids into taking the dresses from the racks. When they all said no, she said "well if you order them it will take 2 months". The dresses on the racks are not new, they have been tried on about 100 times! The zippers are worn. They don't have great customer service there, the dresses are resonable. But beware of them trying to sell you the dress or veils on the racks.

Cons: poor service, and they lie to you

I bought my wedding dress from here and trusting the people selling me the dress, I bought a dress that was a little tight, they said they could take it out and it was better to take it out a little then try to take a bigger size in. When I got the dress back to the alteration department instead of them telling me that they couldn't let it out enough, they tried anyways, leaving me a month before my wedding without a dress that fit and telling me there was nothing they could do. So now I am stuck wearing a dress I can barely breathe in or spending another $500.00 on a dress. Sounds like a scam to me, you buy a dress, they can't fix it, so you have to buy another dress. Do not buy from them unless you want your wedding ruined!!
