Tim handled the service for my husband. He laughed with us and sympathized with us. He was professional but made us comfortable during a rough time. The service with the fire department was handled well. The florist they used certainly captured what we wanted in the casket spray with real corn and wild flowers in it. All we requested was make it look like a field for a farmer. I'd recommend this funeral home to everyone. They are wonderful.
Pros: Everything, flowers,clothing,special requests were handled in one place
Cons: I can't think of a single thing

When my Mother passed away several years ago on Christmas the owners went out of there way to assist us through our loss during the holiday. They searched for florists who would be open, made several visits to our home to deliver or pick-up items, and accomodated our every wish (Mom's wishes as well). 24 hours a day-they were there. Through it all they were professional but kind and understanding of our highly emotional state.
Pros: Elegant settings, ample parking, assisted with elderly during visitation & services
Cons: Minor gliches during service but Mom would have laughed about it
