Poor Service, Incompetent Sales Persons. Service of this business was VERY disappointing. Their measurements for bridesmaid dresses were so inaccurate that many of us have had to have major alterations (at major cost) just to keep the dress from falling to the floor. Because of internal problems in the business, they were not able to provide alteration services (as they originally had agreed) and offered a small discount to those of us who had to find an outside source (the discount was not even half the cost of having the dress altered elsewhere). The 'icing on the cake' was after offering the discount (for their inability to provide contracted service) their sales persons still attempted to charge full price when the unaltered dresses were picked up. I would not use this business again and would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
