DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I was unhappy with an airbrushed makeup trial and the owner called me a liar, accused me of trying to get my makeup done for free, and hung up on me. She left me in tears and without makeup for my wedding day.

Definitely a cut above!. I started going to Reality about 13 years ago for massage therapy and they did a fantastic job of managing aches and pains from an earlier car accident. A few years ago I started seeing Beth to have my hair cut, based on the recommendation of several friends who were already happy clients. She's always on time, she does a great job and her rate is about 1/2 to 2/3 of what you would pay for comparable service in St. Louis. She also has very flexible hours for appointments.

Very good female friends of mine rave about the manicures/pedicures being outanding--kudos to Dora. And Cynthia, the Salon owner, is reputed to do the best facials in the world. Zack, at the front desk, never fails to remind me of my appointments a couple of days ahead of time, which I really appreciate.

The staff members really seem to get along like family and I know Cynthia works very hard to maintain that atmosphere and supply the best customer service. They have even done fun things like a game night openhouse where clients come in, play games, have a glass of wine and win prizes and discounts on products and services. I don't think there's a place that come close to this within 20 miles of Edwardsville.

My favorite salon!!!. I have been going to Reality Salon & Spa for 10 years! Beth has always been my stylist and I appreciate the way she takes pride in her work. I always get compliments on my hair color and cut. The entire staff is friendly and makes me feel welcome there. I have enjoyed several of the spa services including manicure, massage and spray tan and I can't wait to use my gift certificate for a facial! I would highly suggest Reality Salon & Spa to everyone:)

Great salon!. At the recommendation of a co-worker, I decided to try Reality Salon. That was about 3 years ago and since then, I have been going every 7 weeks! Beth is my stylist and always does a great job on cut, color and highlights. I have a lot of gray in my hair but Beth's choice of color and highlights looks very natural! I think that everyone in the salon is very friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else and highly recommend that you give them a try!

Best staff - Great service!!. I've been going to Reality Salon and Spa for the past 4 years and will never go anywhere else!! The staff makes you feel very welcomed and you immediately feel like you're amongst close friends. The owner has retained stylists who are very knowledgeable in their craft whether it's the lastest style you're looking for, great color or haircare products that were personally selected for you. Beth has become my personal savior in all that is hair!! She's the best I've ever worked with and really knows my likes and dislikes. I aways walk out the door with a huge smile on my face and feeling like a million bucks! In regards to the owner; I've only had great experiences with her. She's always been very professional and personable. Go to Reality Salon and Spa, you won't be disappointed!!

POOR CUSTOMER TREATMENT. My wife used this place and found herself on the recieving end of the owners ignorant mouth. She never really liked the constant religious push from Becca and found out the hard way how mean a person can be. Cynthia is as mean as she is fake. I would sugggest using any place in Edwardsville besides these nuts.
