WOW what a store!. I have shopped at Party Magic ever since they decorated my wedding in 1995. And now I have several children. They always have what I need. The stores in St Louis do not compare with the selection. The girls are always doing something fun with balloons. Guaranteed you will find fun creations you will not see anywhere else. They always say hello and are extremely helpful with great ideas. And the balloons last a long time. I bought some for my daughters birthday in January and finally popped them about 4 weeks later! If you need a gift they have the largest Yankee Candle selection and take Yankee Candle coupons. If you are having any kind of party you gotta go here.…
Not Recommend/Bad Customer Service. I have 3 children and have purchased items at Party Magic since they opened. The store is overpriced and has become very cluttered over the past few years. Most of the time the employees are rude and have been for several years. They ask if you need assistance, but act very negative while they are waiting on you. Today's visit was the worst and I called to complain. Ended up the employee that was rude was the owners daughter and the owner disconnected my call, and when I called back the call went to voice mail that you could not leave a message. I do not plan to do business with this store in the future, and would not recommend them. If you have a problem or complaint, they appear to not care. Buyer beware.…
