Great, Friendly service.....Kudos! – It was New Year's Eve and a very busy night for the company. My cousin and I went out for the evening to enjoy our Christmas Gift Certificate. When we arrived the place was packed.(4:30). The Hostess said that it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. So we went straight to the bar to grab a drink and spotted a table in the area. We sat down, waitress was right there (Lauren). She cleaned off the table and took our order. The service was great despite the crowded restaurant. I had a small problem with my order and told the waitress, she then in turn went to have another order made promptly for me. Then the manager (Mike) was there to apologize for the inconvenience and took care of us. A great atmosphere and good food, really good service. So thanks for a memorable New Year's Eve.
