Not Real Mexican.
The food was horrible. We left it half eaten on our plates. We had a variety of dishes so I cant just say its one or the other but maybe the food in general. The parking is great and located near the theater. But thats all i can pull out of a poor choice of Mexican restaurants. You would be better off at Taco Bell down the street. I have to say its just bland and I wouldn't recommend eating there.

A festive atmosphere, potent margaritas and wallet-friendly prices lure crowds to this popular Mexican chain..
In Short
With friendly servers and goofy gimmicks, Chevys is a big draw for families and groups looking for a fun, affordable night out. A full bar and a dozen different margaritas attract a happy hour crowd, and a tortilla machine is often surrounded by children watching the dough-to-tortilla transformation. Fajitas, a house specialty, are available with nearly a dozen different fillings, from mesquite-grilled chicken to portobello mushrooms and asparagus. Desserts include flan and sopaipillas.

COMIDA MUY BUENO.
THE FOOD AT CHEVYS IS THE BEST YOU CAN FIND IN THIS AREA. IT IS THE MUST AUTHINTIC MEXICAN FOOD. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS SERVED HOT AND FREASH. THE GUACAMOLE AND CHEESE DIP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENED. THE SALSA AND CHIPS ARE THE BEST.YOU CAN'T BEAT THE COST!

Kinda bland.
The "all you can eat" fajitas are very bland. They do have some of the best salsa in town, though. And the fajita nachos (either steak or chicken) are wonderful from the apetizer menu.
