WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!. The owner of this small town business definetely does NOT have a small town business mindset nor does this rude man possess small town values or morals!!! My son and I went there for our first time this week and it will for sure be our last!! As we pulling away from drive through, still with cup in hand, the bottom of my cup fell out and my concrete was ALL OVER!! I was able to clean up most of the mess except for the ice cream and candy pieces which fell inbetween the seats and the console. My 7 year old son's hands were too big to get to the mess as well so I called the owner and he refused to pay the money to have th mess cleaned up and then HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! AWEFUL human being!!! Needless to say we won't be visiting this place again!!

Horrible customer service and bad ice cream. Went to Gator's yesterday, May 25th, for a waffle cone and banana split. The ice cream tasted pretty bad, and the banana split didn't even have whipped cream on it. It had 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and then the 3 sauces with 1/2 a banana......not worth the trip and will NEVER go there again! I'll drive to Dairy Queen instead. Asked for a military discount (being it was Memorial Day weekend and they had a "we support our troops sticker" outside), was told they don't do that....not even 10 %. Young girl was rude, because I interupted her cell phone call!
