Do not patronize this place. I went
there with a Groupon that I purchased after making several appointments and having Jessica call and cancel a few times I final got a appointment and went in. The girl Jessica was rude and before I was there 10 minutes actually asked me to leave and to get a refund from Groupon, She has already got her money from Groupon. Very rude and unprofessional. Find a alternative spa this one is bad. STAY AWAY!!!!!! It is very obvious that they really have no intention of honoring the Groupons they are selling. It brings customers in so they can bully them into other services.The place needs to have the health department come in for an inspection there are some clear health code violations going on.
I don't know what Jessica's position is at this place but she needs to be fired.

Terrible service from the nail tech Jessica. Very unprofessional and rude. Used toothpicks instead of actual tools! Establishment was very unprofessional and disgusting. Will not be returning and making sure all my friends and family stand clear of this place!

Scary Disappointment... unhappy with Jessica...unfriendly demeanor. Manicurist skills are there but people skills are lacking. Won't recommend or go back. Thanks

Street Side Salon- Charming. My overall experience at Street Side Salon was pleasing. The place is very charming. My 5 year old daughter and I felt very welcome from the time we arrived until we left. I had a keratin treatment, and my daughter recieved her first mani-pedi. Debe (hair) and Jessica (nails) were very friendly and professional.The keratin treat turn out beautiful, and Debe was full of helpful information on taking care of my new do. Jessica took good care of my daughter giving her the full service, and putting cartoons on for her to watch! My hair turned out great, my daughters nails looked great, and at a reasonable price! We will definitely be returning clients.

Disappointment!. I used a groupon for a mani-pedi. Was a bit disappointed that the girl doing my nails (Jessica) was not very engaging. The work she did was ok (not completely horrible, but I wouldn't want to pay the full price for what I received), but she was unprofessional MAKING a call in the middle of my session. And not for emergency purposes, or even business related purposes... she talked to a friend COMPLAINING about the fact that so many people waited until the last minute to use their Groupons! I feel like it was in poor taste, especially since I was a first time client using a Groupon. I tipped her, just like I would for any service (20% on the full price of the services rendered), but I don't think I will be returning, deal or not. And I will be telling my friends to not waste their money at a place that will complain about the amount of business that they are getting. I don't know about the hair part (a different lady does the hair), but for the nails, I could find somewhere else that wants my business.
