Professional and Comfortable. My rocking stylist, Melissa, has joined the Adorn professional staff in a very updated salon. She has been doing my hair for 12 years and not once have I been disappointed. Need someone up to date in all the newest trends and styles, that's my Melissa!! She always listens to all your needs and will put a smile on your face every time. The BEST part is you never know what color or style her hair will be the next time your there.

We recommend Adorn and Tara. Tara has been both my husband and my stylist for about two years. In addition to cutting, coloring and styling our hair perfectly, we have always found Tara and her employees to professional, knowledgeable about the latest trends and very well skilled. The Shoppe is always immaculate. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly and professional. After searching for a stylist in the area for years we were very happy when we found Adorn and would recommend Adorn and Tara without reservations.

Adorns reply to the nasty reviews below. . You are obviously not three people but one lonely, disgruntled person because you left your reviews back to back on the same day. We also know who you are because in the 6 years we have been open you are the only person I have ever dealt with that had the nerve to crash our grand opening party. (yes, it was a private party, by invite only, FOR CLIENTS) You ate our food, drank our liquor, and never said one word to anyone because you knew NOBODY there. This all came to light after you called to complain about the $175 flat iron you won, demanding it be replaced that day before you left to go back home because YOU DON"T EVEN LIVE IN THIS STATE! So take your sorry reviews and go freeload off someone else. As for our salon, we did not get rated one of the best salons in St. Louis for 3 years running now by being bad business owners. Reviews should be about how your service was but since you were NEVER A CLIENT you would not know. Three words for you- GET A LIFE! You are truly pathetic.

worst experience ever. i was really excited about this salon because it came recommended. DISAPPOINTMENT. i've never been treated so rudely. the owner, tara, acted like i wasn't important because i'd "only been to the salon one time anyway..." which is a horrible attitude to have if you are looking for repeat business. i won't be returning.

RUDE. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Most of the stylists are nice, but the owner Tara is very rude and unprofessional. I will definitely not be returning to the salon EVER. I only gave it one star because there is no 0 option. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else.

FINALLY! The kind of salon I've been searching for!. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in the door! The atmosphere itself makes want to hang out there whether you are getting your hair done or not. All of the styists are very up to date and put together. Everyone definately seemed to be on their game. I was able to communicate all of my frustrations about my hair to my stylist without feeling like I was speaking in a foreign language. The level of communication was the best I've ever experienced! She explained everything about what she thought I needed, and how I could take care of it myself at home. I WILL BE BACK!

Great salon. I totally disagree with the client that was unhappy with Kim. I finally found someone who knows how to cute short, thin hair! She is awesome and I highy recommend her!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!. I went to Adorn upon the recommendation of a colleague. My stylist was Kim, and I would never recommend ANYONE to her. She did a very half-effort job, and instead of focusing on me, a potential client, she was blabbering to her co-workers the entire time about issues she was having with a boyfriend. Very unprofessional. Would have been excusable had my hair looked decent afterwards, but I can't even give her that credit.

Hard to improve on excellence but they have (2009). Adorn Hair Salon in it's new location has outdown itself. Not only do you get the same consistent and always outstanding services you had before, but you feel extra pampered in their almost double the size new location. Beautiful, architecturally enhanced and relaxing environment. If you like to look and feel special then be sure to visit one of their skilled stylists, (now up to 17). Men and women alike love the attention received at Adorn.
