These guys are local and didn't make me wait a week to come out. Geek Squad takes forever. My computer repair was right here in Lake Saint Louis, MO. Pretty cool. They were here the same afternoon, replaced a network card and were gone in a flash. I recomend Net-Net Tech in St Louis or St Charles, mo
