Best Ribs.
The ribs were so tender the meat literally fell off the bones. The rolls are delicious and hot. The place is packed to either get there early or do their call-ahead seating. All the wait staff are friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs..
In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Fun Place.
Food is very good and the service has always been great. The rolls are so good! They are also very accomodating when asking for special requests. My husband has heart disease and asks for rolls without butter and veggies steamed and they always comply without a problem...many places either won't change things or make you feel bad for asking to eat healthy. Atmosphere is fun and it's a great place for families. It is crowded most of the time, so prepare for a wait...but you can munch on peanuts!
