Paul is a very knowledgable cabinet maker. He is thorough, follows through as promised and mindful of expert recommendations to his customers. In ohter words, he will not allow the customer to make a mistake based on a lack of custmoer knowledge or exprtise related to his specialty. I also did not get the sense that he would manipulate a customer, to get a deal or to facilitate charging a higher price for his craft output. One only ahs to see his prtfolio to get a feel for what he 'can do".
