My friend has been going to Build a Body for a few years now, and suggested that I try out the boot camp right before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now, I can't imagine my life without Build a Body. I never thought that I could afford a personal trainer, but Build a Body is a great deal! In the 3 months that I've been going to Build a Body, I've lost inches, my body fat percentage has gone down, and I love going shopping for clothes. After seeing such an improvement over just a couple of months, I can't wait to see what I'm going to look like in the months to come!
Pros: inexpensive, good parking, great atmosphere

Christa is an incredible motivator!! You don't ever want to stop working out!! She makes you feel that reaching your goals are possible!! Lose inches fast, while having fun. We need a million more like her around.
