Make an appointment and ask for a recommendation if you're not familiar with the salon. That goes for any salon new to you. Elayna has done my hair for a long time. I trust her to know how my color should look for each season. She never lets me down. I always get compliments about my hair.
lifesaver!.
I called early in the morning and was luckily able to come in about an hour later. I tried, on my own, to fix my growing-in roots with an all over color, which turned out far too dark.
I went in scared; I have a tendency to have bad experiences in salons. Kate was my colorist. She took her time and made sure I left feeling so much better about my hair. I will definitely be back.
When I walked out of the salon, I felt like one of the girls in the commercials! Lol but true.
Waste of time. I made an appointment for the day of my friend's black tie wedding. I wanted to do something special and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. They scheduled me early in the morning. I checked out their website and it said to be there at least 15 min early to get checked in. I arrived early, checked and waited and waited and waited. After about 30 minutes, the receptionist realized that I was still waiting and went to check on who was supposed to be doing my mani/pedi. She was doing some little girls hair. I was told that she would just be a little while longer and I was offered a cup of coffee. Really bad coffee. Another young lady came in during my wait and had her hair done in the time that I was still waiting for my manicurist. Several other patrons came and went, some seen immediately. I was addressed twice in the time that I waited, once when the receptionist finally realized that I had been sitting there a while and then when I got up, told them to cancel my appointment and left. The manicurist still had not finished the hairdo and she had help from another person there. There was a young lady who was making and hanging signs. I will never step foot in this place again.
