3 1/2 stars how?. This was the worst stay ever. I had to come online to write a review. I'm curious as to how they have such a high rating on here. The owners have to have something to do with it. I refuse to believe that actual paying customers would rate anything higher than 1 star, and would rate lower if possible. Never would I return. I needed a place to stay due to an emergency. It was very late, and the Budget Inn was close. I didn't notice the giant sign posted in the lobby which said "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS". I see why. They would otherwise never have any guests if they returned funds. After 31 secs. maximum in a room with moths, filthy wall paper, a vandalized (full-sized bed) headboard, and a sliced up chair in the corner, I knew I wouldn't be refunded before even asking. Anyone who would sell a room like that is pretty shady. I was then moved to a room that mimicked a jail cell. I can't even begin to discribe the filth in the bathroom. Every single corner was grimey with a gravy like substance. I had to keep my shoes on in the shower for the excessively dirty shower mat. It was no longer white, not even off white or tan, but black and gray. I didn't even put my soap down in the shower, but worst of all the damn towels were DIRTY!!!! I did not dry off at all. If you don't mind paying for less than sub-par than by all means ignore my warning, but if you care what you pay for than look for the "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS" sign from now on.
