Worst Customer Experience I've Ever Witnessed. I made my appt. here for a specific dress that they told me they could order. When I got there the woman (owner) was so unbelievably rude that my family and I were already very turned off. I went up to the counter at 1:58 stating that I would like to wait for my last bridesmaid before I started my fitting and the owener immediately looked at the clock, hinting that I needed to hurry along. You are in a business to cater to other women - not cater to YOUR schedule. Afterall, your store was empty; a trend I'm sure you will be seing more of. She then went on to tell me that the dress I ordered was not there and then "tried" to belittle me for even thinking that the dress could have been there. Instead of apologizing and being kind and possibly offering up other suggestions she had her daughter come out and then SHE began to patronize even more, never offering an apology. When we decided to leave the owner and her daughter then started yelling condescendingly at me and my family as we were walking out the door, all the while having other customers in the store. Needless to say this place is a joke. To call it a business would be an insult to businesses everywhere. Please do not go here. The one thing that was yelled by the owner as we were leaving was "It's just one wedding, doesn't make a difference to us..." You cannot run a successful business with this kind of outlook. What a horrible thing to say. The other negative posts that I have read all deal with complaints regarding the owner - this is not a coincidence! You need to treat every customer with respect. Blushing Bride is an embarrassment and I hope this post helps the next bride. Please do not go here and please pass along. I know I will... I work for a very successful company that allows me access to many social networks as well as access to be able to network with people all over the St Louis Metropolitan area. I will be sure to spread the word about this disgrace of a business they call Blushing Bride.

The Best. Loved the way that I was the center of the consultants attention. They are the best bridal salon by far that I have ever been to and I have been in a lot of weddings before planning my own. The gowns are awesome and so are the consultants, ask for Jamie she is the owners's daughter and everyone there is so sweet and polite. I found the dress of my dreams and found such great dresses for the bridesmaids. The prices are right in line with everyone else.

Bad customer service. Employees/owner are just flat out mean to potential customers. That's not a good way to run a business.
