FOREVER DARK. I love this place! I have been tanning for over a decade and I finally found the perfect place. Pacific Beach is amazing! The staff gave me so much information about their beds and lotions. I bought BLACK which rocks! The price was just right and better than any other salon I have been to. The customer service was so refreshing. The staff is beautiful and so friendly. They know me by name and always have a smile on their face. I wouldn't tan anywhere else!

amazing staff & service. i am an advent tanner at the pacific beach locations and never once has the customer service been poor towards me. i switched to pacific beach from a previous salon and the staff was able to inform me about the different levels of beds they offer and what each does. as well as the prices, specials that were available to me as a new customer, and their new beauty angel bed (which i tried and highly recomend). it was lovely to go into a tanning salon that enjoys their job and is grateful for their customers and are always extremely informative. i would highly recomend pacific beach and i want to thank them for their generosity. you have made a happy/satisfied customer out of me

Worst Customer Service. This place is for nothing more than high school kids. I went in tp purchase gift cards and couldn't believe the obnoxious girls behind the counter. One girl was on her cell phone and the other was eating something out of a bag that was just horrendous. I asked if I could by chance speak to a manager, and little did I know the one eating was the manager. I was planning on buying gift cards for my staff, but I obviously left with my $400 and took it elsewhere. When I gave the gift cards (to Bread Co) I told my staff about my experience and they were not shocked. Apparently this is more common there than the places my staff tans at. Oh well - there loss!
