Poor Customer Service. Both store personnel and customer service were useless in processing a return. District Manager, Judy Duncan (1.239.298.1817), is unresponsive.

We've shopped here and @ Chico's for years - all good. This experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not return.
