Save Your Money, Time and Frustration!!!

My husband and I went here for our 14-year anniversary on 10-7-09. What a mistake that was! The appetizer (crab/aritchoke dip) was terrible. We sat for over 50+ minutes between the time we placed our order and our crappy food arrived. Typically, that may not seem too long of a wait; but there was only 1 other table besides ours--that should have been a loud warning flag that noone else was dining there! My husband ordered the 'featured entree' of Halibut which tasted like Cod! I ordered the bacon-wrapped shrimp (highly recommended by the waiter)...shrimp tasted old and so over-cooked; it was like chewing dense rubber. When we complained to the Management (what a JOKE; useless...McDonald's trains their management in customer service better than this place!)...it was useless. We left in disgust and will NEVER be back! What a disappointing experience. We left there and called Charlie Gittos @ Harrahs'...they had a table waiting with champagne poured and we salvaged our anniversary with a great meal, service and topped it off with flaming bananas fosters dessert.

Terrible Food! Served SPOILED MEAT!

I along with many of my associates gathered there for a sales award banquet. We ordered the porterhouse steaks. After finally getting my meal, i ate the sirloin side of the porter and as i started in the prime side of it, when i took a bite it had a very wierd taste to it. on the second bite, i gagged and bout let it go on the table. i went to the bathroom and immediatly had to refund my dinner if you know what i mean. my friends around me at the table were looking the steak over while i was in the restroom and found the steak to be spoiled. Several other of my associates were sick that nite with the same sickness. I approached the managment about it guy named Andy, he acted like he couldnt care less about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY HIGH PRICED SPOILED FOOD! otherwise, eat up!
