horrible service. My husband and I visited this location a few months back and was mystified at the low level of service they provided. It was horrible to say the least. They weren't very busy but it took about 20 minutes for the staff to fill our order. At this time they were still accepting coupons and the confusion of giving the discount the coupon offered was amazing. The staff needs to go back to kindergarten and learn to count.

At one point our food was on the prep area, on a tray and the order was complete the only thing they had to do was hand us our food. We stood and waited for about five minutes before we finally broke up a chatting group to ask for our food. Then they acted as if we ruined their day by interrupting them.

Just AWFUL!!!

When I sent a letter to the corporate headquarters, they did nothing. Not even an e-mail to apologize.

Needless to say we haven't gone back.
