R & R. Down from Chicago on business and during some down time I ran across this establishment. Despite being very busy I was able to walk-in and without much wait get into a bed and relax. The staff was very knowledgeable and actually brought up some interesting points about some of the lotions that I was unaware of. Picked up some great tanning lotion, a great tan, and some R&R. Too bad they don't have a local establishment in Chicago, or they would surely have my repeat business.
Good and Bad. Some of the staff never seems happy to see you. However, one particular staff member, Jim, is awesome. Very, very friendly and helpful, and knows you by name. Makes you feel very comfortable there. The beds are awesome. Always clean with new bulbs. Out of all the tanning salons I've tried, I've gotten the best results from their beds. The packages are cheap, too. The only reason I stopped going there is because the place was very small, which is why you are required to make an appointment. I was a few minutes late once, and I actually had to take that time off my minutes, which I did not appreciate. I don't like planning my entire day around a 15 minute tanning appointment. I like being able to just walk into a nearby salon when it's convenient for me. Otherwise, it's a good place to go.
The beds were top of the line (really nice with on/off swithes for facials in the regular beds), the rooms nice, with a decent environment in building. The customer service was very slow and the rooms were not all ready for tanners. The people at the front desk seemed flustered with more than four people ready to tan. They really pushed products, which I did not like too much.
I am not sure if I will go back even though I really liked the beds.
